Payment Gateways: Online payments for listing boosts are processed directly via RBI-authorized payment aggregators (Razorpay). Buzz Pune does not store sensitive credit card or UPI credentials.

8User Reviews & Public Content

Ratings, reviews, and community feedback submitted on local services or seller profiles are published publicly to assist other Pune residents. Reviews must reflect genuine firsthand experiences without commercial defamation or harassment.

9Data Retention & Erasure

Classified ads remain active for their designated publication cycle (standard 30 days) unless renewed or deleted earlier by the seller. Upon account deletion, personal identifiers are purged from active production stores, retaining only necessary transaction records required by statutory tax and GST regulations.
