Community Guidelines & Listing Standards
Buzz Pune is built on neighborhood trust. These guidelines ensure our marketplace remains safe, clean, reliable, and high quality for every resident of Pune.
Our 4 Pillars for Good Listings
Accurate & Transparent Pricing
State the actual expected price or select "Contact for Price" / "Free Quote". Do not post fake placeholder prices like ₹1 or ₹999,999 to game search rankings.
Actual Photos of the Item or Service
Upload genuine, recent photos of the actual item or workplace. Stock photos should be kept to a minimum and clearly distinguished.
Precise Pune Locality Selection
Tag the correct neighborhood where the item is located or where the service is operated (e.g., Baner, Kothrud, Hinjewadi) to maintain local relevance.
Professional & Respectful Interactions
Treat buyers, renters, and sellers with courtesy. Harassment, abusive language, or discriminatory behavior on WhatsApp/calls results in immediate blacklisting.
Items & Services Never Allowed on Buzz Pune
Any listing containing or promoting the following will be deleted immediately without prior notice:
Enforcement & Penalties
Our moderation system and Super Admin team monitor all incoming classifieds. If an ad violates community guidelines:
- First Infraction: The listing is removed and the seller receives a notice specifying the policy violation.
- Repeated or Commercial Spam: Multiple violations or posting duplicate ads across irrelevant localities results in ad suspension.
- Fraudulent / Scam Activity: Immediate permanent ban of the user account, device identifier, and phone number, with evidence shared with Pune Police Cyber Cell where appropriate.
